Accessibility and RTL

Simurgh primitives expose appropriate roles and states, keyboard navigation, escape dismissal, focus restoration, and native form values. Dialogs trap and restore focus; composite widgets support Home, End, and directional arrow keys.

Horizontal keyboard movement reverses in RTL. Vertical movement does not. Layout recipes use inline and block logical properties. V1 is RTL-compatible; complete Persian localization and exhaustive visual certification remain follow-up work.
